I grow and sell super hot peppers and as if that doesn't take up my time, I have entertained the idea of growing and selling microgreens and sprouts. There is certainly a market for it and I read somewhere it is now the top legal crop to grow.

I just thought that there was a ton of YouTube videos on photography, starting a business and gardening in general, there are two tons on growing microgreens!

Here is a really informative video on this subject. This guy is good! The audio is not good. He needs the mic that I got and haven't had time to review yet. I love it!
